How do you prevent scope creep?
We define the MVP scope in writing before development starts. Any new feature requests during the build are captured as "phase 2" items and re-scoped/quoted separately. Clear boundaries protect both timeline and budget.
How long are your sprints?
Two-week sprints are standard. Each sprint ends with a demo of working features, not slides. You see real progress every two weeks and can give feedback while there is still time to course-correct.
What tools do you use for project management?
We use whatever you prefer: Jira, Linear, Trello, Notion, Asana. If you do not have a preference, we run on Linear by default. You get full read access to the backlog, board, and sprint history.
Can you handle design as well, or do we need a separate designer?
We handle both. Our team includes designers and we deliver UI/UX as part of the product process. If you already have designers, we collaborate closely with them.
What happens after launch?
We offer post-launch retainers for maintenance, bug fixes, analytics review, and phase 2 features. You can also self-serve if you have an in-house team, full documentation and code handover are standard.
