How is consulting priced - hourly or fixed?
Most engagements are scoped at a fixed price based on the deliverables. Ongoing advisory retainers are available at a monthly rate. Quick second-opinion calls can be hourly. We propose pricing after the discovery call.
What does a codebase audit actually include?
A written report covering architecture quality, security issues, performance bottlenecks, technical debt, scalability risks, and a prioritized remediation plan. We also walk you through it so nothing is lost in translation.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign NDAs as standard practice for any consulting engagement. Send yours over or use ours. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Can you help us hire a development team?
Yes. We help with technical interviews, vendor evaluations (RFPs and proposal reviews), and team structure recommendations. We can also embed as a fractional CTO during your hiring process.
Do you only consult, or do you also build?
Both. Many clients start with a consultation and then hire us to build what we recommended. There is no obligation to do so, our consulting deliverables stand on their own.
